Please read these Terms and Conditions before you participate in the GrowGrows Prelaunch Referral Scheme, as these will apply. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you must not participate in the GrowGrows Prelaunch Referral Scheme.
- The promoter of the GrowGrows Prelaunch Referral Scheme is GrowGrows Limited, whose registered office is Mynshull House, 78 Churchgate, Stockport, Cheshire, England, SK1 1YJ (referred to as “GrowGrows”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
- This promotion is not open to any employees of the Promoter or any of their affiliate companies, their families, agents or anyone else connected with this promotion.
- One entry allowed per person. Entries submitted on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed. Incomplete, illegible, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted.
- These terms and conditions apply to any participant in the GrowGrows Prelaunch Referral Scheme, whether as a ‘Referrer’; or a ‘Referee’.
- To participate and qualify as a referrer in the GrowGrows Prelaunch Referral Scheme, you must (a) be aged 18 or over; (b) have registered for a referral account via prelaunch.growgrows.com; and (c) be an active paying customer at launch.
- All pre-launch registered users who sign up for a paid baby grow subscription upon launch will automatically qualify for one free babygrow with an RRP of £24.95 with their first order (“VIP Reward”).
- Based on the number of Successful Referrals made, you are also eligible to receive additional rewards as follows:
- 2 referrals will equal a free baby grow with your first month’s paid subscription
- 5 referrals will equal a free baby grow with each of your first 3 month’s paid subscriptions
- 8 referrals will equal a free baby grow with each of your first 6 month’s paid subscriptions
- 15 referrals will equal a free baby grow with each of your first 12 month’s paid subscriptions
(“Referral Rewards”).
- You must remain an active paying subscription customer to continue receiving Referral Rewards alongside your paid subscription order each month.
- Each new customer that is the result of a Successful Referral will also be eligible to receive both the VIP Reward and any Referral Rewards, in accordance with these terms and conditions.
- A referral will be a “Successful Referral” where:
a new customer clicks on your unique referral link and creates a GrowGrows account;
the new customer ‘referee’ must sign up for a paid baby grow subscription upon launch in order to qualify as a Successful Referral and remain as a paying customer for at least one month. - A new customer is a customer that is not currently a referer or customer of GrowGrows (“New Customer”).
- GrowGrows will determine at its sole discretion and has final say as to whether a Successful Referral has been made.
- Once a Successful Referral has been made and confirmed via post-launch purchasing activities, we will email both you and the New Customer with your respective VIP Reward and Referral Rewards to the email addresses designated by each of you during the account sign up process.
- We reserve the right to substitute another voucher or item of equal value to the Reward.
- The VIP Reward and Referral Rewards may not be sold, transferred, auctioned or used for commercial gain.
- GrowGrows shall use your personal data for the purposes of carrying out the GrowGrows Prelaunch Referral Scheme and for subsequent marketing initiatives.
- GrowGrows is not responsible for any Reward that is lost or delayed in transmission.
- To the fullest extent permissible by law, GrowGrows will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered or sustained as a result of participation in the GrowGrows Prelaunch Referral Scheme or use of the Reward.
- GrowGrows does not recommend or guarantee the performance of any contractual or other obligations of any third parties mentioned in these Terms and Conditions.
- We reserve the right to amend, withdraw or restrict the GrowGrows Prelaunch Referral Scheme and these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
- Participants are liable for any tax consequences of the receipt of any Reward, and we accept no liability to participants or their employers in relation thereto.
- These Terms and Conditions are intended to be legally binding and will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. We each agree that English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim or dispute arising from or related to the GrowGrows Prelaunch Referral Scheme or these Terms and Conditions.
